I'm not going to impress you with my hindsight but I have to say that all of the dumb moves were recognized as such almost immediately. In other words, it's only hindsight now that the destruction is evident. The name change, the VSGN acquisition, the dangerous financing and so on. You're saying that Ghassan's explanation is more realistic than most, perhaps so, but this recursive dilution scheme whereby they release more shares as the stock price drops may have destroyed the company. It's like a financial blackhole of sorts and I don't see how they're going to pull themselves out of it. I'm not even going to pretend to understand the details of it because, fortunately, I've had no reason to! Somebody must have the actual numbers on this.
