Prodigy, has bundling relationships with MSFT, PackardBell/NEC and their relationship with Excite is highlighted by the fact that ATHM bought EXCITE and that relationship will remain Intact so thru the relationship/bundling with PRGY, IDT has effectively established relationships with MSFT and ATHM ala EXCITE, as long as the relationships remain intact.. the 10Q which, this information is obtained actually lists AOL as a competitor, as I recall AOL has Compuserv....no mention of PRGY, but, I may be in error, I will research this further.... Also note IDT also has relationships independent of PRGY with Packard Bell and NEC, I believe.. Talk about leverage...the story just keeps getting better...

Andrew,

AOL does not own PRGY (Prodigy). However IBM does (about 7.2%).
