It would be nice if the SEC could reign these operations in, but I wouldn't hold my breath. John Christensen of MTEI/ICVI apparently has another ongoing oil P'n'D (I don't remember the name) with all it's reverse splits and the like. The real killer about MTEI was the issuing of ~19 million illegal shares which were sold into that run-up, causing the drop from $1.75 BEFORE the SEC halt. AND the active participation of the transfer agent! It is hard to believe a 1 for 250 reverse, though,,,,,I'm glad I bailed long ago. Chip
