It's the same KIWI. The wavering shareprice in AVIA, reflects this I think. As far as I have heard, the merger is still on track. All the acquisitions have been in AVIA's name and they have been added to the mix because of the symbiotic relationship they offer to Casino Airlink. It seems to me that this will be of primary concern when the merger date nears. Ultimately, the merger will take an approval of the shareholders from both entities. After the SEC has done its thing, we will be given an opportunity to review the deal. My guess is that it will be approved and we will go forward from there. IMO, we need closure on this thing so that we can (1) get our act together, (2) promote a single entity and (3) take this to the AMEX. Until then, I'm not sure we will see fair market value for this investment.
