Really? Where is this broad dislike of China? Certainly no one I know. While I agree that I am leary of some of their posturing and even really annoyed with some of their tactics (interfering in our elections), in general I think much of the US government position is just plain weird. What is 'everyone', outside of Washington, upset about? (A real question, not just rhetorical.)
