The horror that investors glean from the idea of insiders selling is sometimes humorous. I personally know a couple people that are high level company exec's and hold millions of shares of some very successful companies. These people have wives that want BIGGER homes and expensive renovations,etc. They also have kids that need to go to college and need cars etc. Since these men put all their tangible assets into getting the company off the ground.......they now need $$ for these various things. Selling their shares doesn't always reflect on the company's future prospects......sometimes they have to simply make their wives happier! Nothing wrong with that as their wives and families usually have suffered while the person worked his butt off to make a successful business venture. PatT.com

ELLEN & ZTEC take it EASY guys, on the TSIG.com bashers. Stop tarnishing their egos & reputations. Stop taking them to school on how investors should do their DD and how someone should read an S10. Your replies have been very educational to all of us. I hope our 3 Amigos are learning something from them, like..to not open their kissers before having facts to back up their false analysis & claims.... but who cares. They have an agenda, and if they can sucker some weak hands into selling, there is not much we can do. These guys only care about themselves. I asked one of them yesterday about his/her motives but he/she was too busy pressing on his/her agenda, trying to generate over 100+ substanceless posts by himself/herself alone. Let's see what the count will be today. Anyways, thank you Lady & Gentleman for teaching them a lesson, but like I said they are focused on whatever plan they have, and hopefully they will not succeed. PS: this is for the Street, Marty was a little hard on you, but I don't think his comments warranted any name calling. I saw you guys' apologies, but it will be nice if we stay courteous toward each other, even when we disagree. Don't mean to give a lecture here. My best to all
