Yes you are right about the warrants. We have the 10-K warning that first quarter revenue and profits will suck compared to 98 4th quarter, and that PSI is not selling due to the Asia Crisis, and finally that XRL will not contribute until 2000, and then only in small amounts until 2003.

The likelihood is that the stock is going nowhere this year. Neither up nor down. That likelihood is anathema to warrants, which every day get closer to expiration.

The reason the common stock won't go down is because it already is low in comparison to the net present value of future earnings, which may be enormous. After all, they are still making progress in XRL.

Since nobody can predict the future, all of the above is my humble opinion. Who knows? The company may announce a britelight order or a biological stepper order and Wall Street goes nuts over JMAR. But then if you buy the warrants for reasons like that, you are gambling and not investing.
