Mark Peterson - responses:

I'm a bit pressed on time, but I'll address a few of your questions and then will come back later for some of the others.

MSGI's growth is not attributable solely to acquisitions. Indeed, MSGI's revenue growth for the since late 1997 is not attributable to any acquisitions at all that I am aware of. Check out this site: pegasusnet.com and click on "In the press." Pegasus ticket sales are up some 600% over the past year. See also biz.yahoo.com (You should also take a moment to learn about the potential of revenue for MSGI from ticket sales alone. It is mind boggling.) Keep in mind that MSGI has shown 9 back-to-back quarters of double-digit revenue growth, and last Qtr.'s record revenue (marking a 56% increase over the same Qtr. last year biz.yahoo.com )had nothing to do with any acquisitions. Remember that the Stevens-Knox acquisition wasn't even completed until Jan. 22, 1999. biz.yahoo.com

MSGI's revenue has dramatically increased over the past 18 months or so due primary to the demand out there in direct & Internet marketing far out pacing the supply of reputable and reliable companies like MSGI. MSGI is signing new deals such as Broadway Giant biz.yahoo.com and BreathAsure biz.yahoo.com . MSGI's client base is rapidly expanding and, through acquisitions, MSGI's base of services is broadening. This enables MSGI to fulfill all the needs of its clients, in house. It keeps all of their clients at home and generates even more revenue from the same client base. Total Integration is MSGI's focus. Direct marketing, Internet marketing, and telemarketing are rapidly converging and their total integration is nothing less than vital. This is what MSGI is doing and is what sets them apart.
