Dave,

How could you conclude that a holding company/shell would be detrimental to shareholders without knowing any of the details first? By the way MDIN has been adamant from day one that there would be no reverse split. I just received assurances again that along with the name change there will not be a reverse. So Dave, how do you propose shareholder value be maximized with limited funds and many properties which need to be proven up for us to obtain fair market value? This seems to be a prudent avenue to explore.

Dave,

WAMC did a 15 to 1 reverse split, and a subsequent name change to Cerro Dorado (CDCH) last week, A WAMC shareholder told me that MDIN management had been in discussion with WAMC regarding the takeover of the WAMC shell. Subsequent to the change to CDCH, no news has been released by the new entity.

Can anyone on this thread either confirm or deny whether MDIN has taken over the WAMC shell, now called Cerro Dorado (CDCH) ? And for what purpose?

Vince
