Speaking of earth quakes....my friend who is buying a house is buying a house 1 1/2 blocks from the bay....and my father and brother have always said it is on land fill. It is a nice relatively new area of homes. I am sure they took into account earth quakes since they were built since out last one. But I keep thinking of what happened in the Marina district of San Francisco last earth quake....I am sure you saw it. The media played the film over and over and the world thought all San Francisco was on fire.
