I am totally relaxed my friend, I am just getting things organized on my computer and doing some studying of stochastics. If anyone wants a link to a crash course in stochastics go here:

good morning tim

this news takes care of my concern about a monday morning bailout in fore if no deal was made over the weekend. i also believe this could force someone else up to the plate (csco,lu,ericy) and help boost any potential buyout price for fore.

enjoy your vacation

thomas

Tim,

I agree. I don't think they will give this company away, either. I don't think shareholders will ever approve it at this price. Keep in mind, Fore's all time high price is $44/share.

Second, the analyst said they thought Fore could go for $30.

Third, they are one of the few left to scoop up which would indicate more interest and a better price.

Fourth, it was reported about a year or two ago, that the board had turned down over $35/share - I think with Tlab or NT (can't remember at this point)

I think we will see good price appreciation this week.

Jeff

No spam, just a Free movie review: Matrix, you'll forget your bag of popcorn with this SCSI speed sci-fi trip at the interface of digital reality. I've always enjoyed science fiction, probably because it has a way of becomming reality. In Martix, everday reality is exposed as a mental prison as one is lifted through a multilevel view of consciousness where the present is virtualized in a real time future. Is it real or is it Memorex? Look for the sign on top of the building.

I'll be vague about story line because its worth seeing. What's particularly appealing is how Matrix delivers some deeper insights without being too self involved. There's bits of humor and guruism, enough techno-babble to create a stage for the huge special effects budget, and a sound track that will probably make its own CD appearance... punk cyber rock and roll.

Anyone whose personally ventured to trespass the realities we commonly assume to be real, through meditation, synthetics, sensory dep tanks, or extreme activity will recognize questions this movie plays with but doesn't pretend to answer. Its true, we do turn our minds over to a cultural matrix whose size and dimensions we can only guess at. The question lingers if everything we perceive and think isn't composed of bits with an unknown intent, or if we ever pierce the veil of perception. Enjoy...
