What I can't figure out was how on earth AOL ever had high churn rates given how tough they make it to leave. I was with them several years ago and got so frustrated trying to get through I just cancelled the credit card they were billing - that did the trick, I think. -g- At least no bill collectors are calling. -g-

T, It would turn me off no end. When I had my free trials, I never got any pressure from them. Once somebody asked why I was leaving and I said, "because AOL is for children and I am an adult." No problem. <g>
