Gord, since you have an inside track to all Winspear's data, have you personally seen those 3 large stones that all your bullish predictions are predicated upon?? They have never been shown to the public and an independent diamond analyst has never inspected the diamonds as a group to determine if the 3 large stones were from another pipe or dyke.

But because you are so close to the company you must be extremely curious, Gord, for if the 3 large stones were added to the 200 ton concentrate then instead of your predictions of $10, the stock will instead drop to 10 cents!!!

Failure to disclose while making millions on the market? I think someone must have dropped George on his head as a small boy.

Lets look at the following scams shall we?
Timbuktu and Bre-x - Salted with a miniscule amount of gold. If the lab would only process the core and throw away the powder in the bottom of the bag this would not have happened. Question -- How do you get 3/4 carat stones into the powder at the bottom of the bag without the lab catching on? Also where do you get some 50 carats of uncut stones all with the same signature to salt the mini bulk and then once accomplished how is it they match with the stones already there? As was pointed out some time ago - Would be much easier to salt a barren kimberlite in this way but impossible for this geological body.
That brings us to our stars of the visual world Cartaway and recently Starcore. In both these cases visual reports of exceptional grade were reported to suck Joe investor (sorry average Joe) into the fray. Insiders and others then ditch their shares before the information is released assuming this is a real scam and not just a mistake of over exuberance.

So how did withholding information in this case (assuming any was withheld) manage to dupe average investor out of any money. The share price at this time is extremely undervalued in reference to the above situations. It would seem that if management wanted to profit from this situation they would not be sending cores and diamonds to experts all over the world in an attempt to ensure that these results are accurate, more likely they would be releasing results on a hole by hole basis and inflating the importance of any positive discovery (for example increased thickness of intercepts). The share price would be well into the low 20's and the insiders would be dumping like mad, not trying to figure out ways to acquire more shares in the company or percentages via their JV partner

No, they have chosen a very conservative careful route so as not to expose themselves to the blunders of the past. They have taken the low side of any valuation or estimate (i.e 10% of drilled thickness is real thickness - what if the body is slanted at more of an angle then they think at this point due to undulations?)

Investors may do what ever they like but so far the naysayers of this discovery are motivated by sour grapes. The management of this company are very guilty, guilty of taking the time to put all their ducks in a row so that they may profit handsomely. After all for many of them this is the one chance in a lifetime to put their stamp on geological and investment history.

This is the way I see it. Have a Happy Easter.
