So any idea how long the NT10k filings are good for? I don't know. My understanding is that it is the SEC that is the bottleneck. Re: Fat Herb Reporters report, but journalists are a different breed altogether. When reputable reporters are wrong they retract, but being a journalist means never having to say you're wrong or sorry for the consequences. What happened to Lou? He left hanging the unanswered question of the Tandem acquisition by CPQ. I appreciate the clear, concise information he provided. He certainly cleared up a major misunderstanding on my part.
