WelcomeTo also plans aggressive promotion of the portals in their local markets. By incorporating D&B information in its regional business portals, WelcomeTo will offer online consumers access to accurate, localized business listings in tandem with providing merchants the tools to create electronic storefronts, and the ability to precisely target their online promotion and advertising.
