Michael, you want to see share explosion lining insiders pockets, go to the TSIG thread, the Chairman did such a lousy job that the company had only a million in sales, so as compensation he grants himself a doubling of salary and 5,000,000 fully paid shares, on top of it they start the year with 30 MM shares and grant executives 47.5 MM shares in options (no typo here unlike in my last post). It is absolute highway robbery, but the shills there find it so "natural".

As for the issue of insider options and the buybacks going for that purpose, it is indeed problematic and getting a little out of hand (as the above example indicates). But the issue of excessive compensations should be dealt separately of the issue of buybacks. If there would not have been buybacks, the shares outstanding would increase even more rapidly.
