Respectfully, you are wrong. It is the company's responsibility to see to it that the stock is halted if the shares have been cancelled.

Who else would be responsible? The MMs? They don't know the details of the company's transition, only the company does.

If the company told the MMs that the stock was cancelled on the 31st and the MMs traded it anyway, then it is the MMs responsibility. I can't believe that 10 or more MMs would defy the company and trade a stock after they were told not to.

Therefore, I believe the company is at fault.

All this is speculation. Monday we will know for sure who is to blame.
