Oh Blue, you make me want more, more, more, GNET. And some more for my son's account (first stock I ever bought him- in fact, he introduced me to metacrawler which made me go lookin' for whatever fabulous company owned it). Amazing how many trends you can ride if you just watch your teenagers. Right Joanie? Vans, Delia, The Gap, Fossil, Pacific Sunwear, Hot Topics, Jencos, Snowboard cos..and especially Tommy Hilfiger and Quicksilver. The trends don't last forever, but they are hot while they last. You have to notice when your kid doesn't want those styles anymore. The companys tank soon after, like PSUN did when the stovepipe pants thankfully went out of style, and when the older kids didn't like Vans anymore cause all the 10 year olds and their Moms (yup, I'm guilty) started wearing them. Good old Peter Lynch pointed this out to me. Buy what you use...and I started looking where my money really went..like Starbucks, Barnes & Noble, Apple, Gap, AT&T, Blockbuster, Comcast Cable, (Bill Gates is in that one, and ATHM is to come). January was the first month with the Blue Moon, and GNET took it's first ride to the moon. March was the second and GNET visited again :) Congrats on the new site, I will be visiting! Another little tidbit..A fellow marketgemmer I talk to has his own financial planning company. It is named yellow dog financial services. Maybe we should invite him to this thread :) and another thought...All the "new" stocks - the entire new issues sector has been flying due to initial coverage buy ratings. Companies that don't even compare to GNET. You are so right - Very, very soon some big boy on Wallstreet is going to add GNET to his buy list - like what's his name (the guy who just switched brokerages for 7 million) did to VRIO (one of my faves) and a couple of the really big firms have done to DCLK. They cannot ignore the Paul Allen connection without ending up looking like total fools, and I don't mean the good Motley kind. I'm kind of surprise those dudes haven't added GNET to one of their portfolios. Guess we beat them to it. :)
