In the UK under pressure of epidemics of Meningo., wouldn't you expect clinicians to not be so strict on deciding G scores so that all would get prompt treatment? Could this be the only reason why so slow in reaching mortality requirement? In other words how would diagnosing the patient quicker and therapy quicker help IF you have to be a real G 8 or more? What kind of a clinician is going to miss and delay treatment for a G 8? How can you identify and treat a G 8 faster and more effectively when they are already a G 8 or more?
