They announced the financing with Comdisco was without recourse. Imagine the same with Prinvest. If with recourse as an accountant, you must know if they were allowed to book it, with a new company, they would have to reserve most of.

Further what good is recourse to a company like CYOE.

No-There is another answer. Perhaps warrants to buy, and allowing them to short the shares at $6.00; say 1,000,000 of them.
