Hey nuke44,

Since you are the local expert, what do you
think the odds are of a NATO vs Serbs scrap
over Kosovo? If I recall, the Serbs actually
held off 41 Nazi divisions during WWII. Hitler
was never able to bring those Serbs to their
knees despite having superior technology and
training. Think the Serbs will break and run
if there is a land war, or will they fight it
out to the bitter end?

Now it's being reported that we are drawing up plans for an opposed entry into Kosovo, infantry plus armor and attack helicopters. So it appears that Clinton and Blair want to try to take Kosovo, while the enemy wages war on our troops from Belgrade.

This amounts to sending US soldiers into combat as human shields.
