Reasons of Focused Negativity I can think of a couple of psychological reasons why someone is so negative about a stock even if they genuinely don't hold a short position. 1) Disgruntled ex-employee 2) Former long who lost money (really sad) 3) Former short who lost money (really, really sad) Bottom-line is don't get emotionally attached to stocks! I have been wondering that same thing. Ever since Christian stated he had lost all interest in NAVR, his efforts redoubled in placing doubt in the minds of those who read this thread. If he has no interest in the stock, what are his motives. It's hard to believe he just turned 32, he sounds more like a grumpy 62 year old with nothing else to occupy his mind. Probably no wife and no kids. Just a guess, of course. Am I right, Christian?

Christian, Christian!!! JW is right about you!!!...You have a deep seated hatred of Navarre for whatever reason....This goes beyond short selling hype...We all push for what we want, and there is hype on both sides...However, if you note our posts carefully, we do not consider Navarre perfect or without problems...We are more balanced than you...I, for one, am not in love with NAVR stock...However, I believe it will give all of us who are long a very handsome return shortly...not because the Navarre directors are so astute, but because they are sitting on a gold mine..NetRadio!!!...You, on the other hand, are totally obsessed with badmouthing this company, its stock, and even the people who are invested in it...Lighten up, man!!!...It's unhealthy to be so engrossed in a negative campaign of such narrow scope... And, what? because they are sitting on a gold mine..NetRadio!!! The sat on a mine. Unfortunately that was deaf ore. Sorry, no gold here.
