Anytime a biomed can get access to venture cpital, it takes advantage of it. My understanding is that they have enough money to last until the end of this year, at the existing burnrate.

How long after a major signing does money start comming in? Probably not ASAP. Therefore to progress other drug programs they'll need more money as an interim bidge. Lastly, many biomeds have 100's of millions of shares outstanding because of costs of development. I'm rather enthused that this little company is in stage 4 with a drug and has less than 50 million shares outstanding.

I don't doubt you were told Dec 31, but of course when HC or the FDA doesn't accomodate that date, everything moves to the right. They won't have an inked deal until, there is some sort of indication of the approval on the horizon. Your frustration sounds like it comes from being long DMX for sometime, I share the frustration in another stock APQ-TSE....promises promises promises....no cigar!

Ron,

<<Could there be another reason?>>

Would the exposure not be benefical .... seems a good enough reason to me - but who really knows.

The last time I spoke to Peter he seemed positive about DMX's future - that's his job, but I've spoken to other company I/R people and you can often sense when things are not well. I do not get that sense (so far) with DMX .... I know Peter realizes they could use a good PR about now.

Like you, I hate when deadlines are not met - but I continue to hang in there. I've got another comapany in the same boat - they are one signature away from a 60 % quick gain (Manhattan Mimerals MAN.T)

Let's hope our patience\loyalty is rewarded.
