PR Newswire - April 05, 1999 10:28

Fraser Trebilcock Davis & Foster Teams with the Gaming Industry's Leading Trade Magazine for October Convention

LAS VEGAS, April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Casino Journal Publishing Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CJPG) and the Michigan law firm of Fraser Trebilcock Davis & Foster will produce the Northern Gaming Summit, a gathering of casino executives, gaming vendors, public officials and Native Americans in Detroit on October 12-14, 1999. The Northern Gaming Summit is a conference and trade show that will focus on the northern tier of gaming jurisdictions in the United States, along with Canadian casino operators. Detroit was chosen as the site of the conference because the city's three temporary casinos have announced that they will be open by the October dates. The conference will present a complete update on the state of the Detroit casinos and the Michigan Native American casinos.

Activities at the Northern Gaming Summit will include keynote speeches by some of the most important executives involved in gaming in this region of North America, an extensive exhibit hall to give gaming vendors access to these executives, special events, and several tracks of seminars focusing on the individual gaming jurisdictions and issues important to those jurisdictions. A large portion of the conference will be devoted to the operation of Native American gaming facilities in such states as Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Canada, as well as the government owned casinos of Canada. Gaming in Detroit will, of course, be a key element of the Northern Gaming Summit, with presentations on casino purchasing, licensing, employment, construction and more. Tours of the temporary casinos will be available during the Northern Gaming Summit.

The producers of the Northern Gaming Summit are key players in the casino industry. Fraser Trebilcock Davis & Foster, P.C. is a full-service law firm with offices in Lansing and Detroit whose lawyers and gaming analysts are well-versed in the legal, historic, and business aspects of the gaming industry throughout the world. The Fraser firm is dedicated to keeping objective and accurate information available to all parties through its Michigan Gaming Law materials, which consist of a web site (www.michigangaming.com), a newsletter, and a variety of published works including a comprehensive legal resource book.

In addition to Casino Journal magazine, Casino Journal Publishing Group, Inc. publishes Casino Player, the largest circulation consumer magazine for the casino industry; Strictly Slots, a consumer magazine aimed at slot machine and video poker enthusiasts; the Atlantic City Insider, a monthly consumer-advocate newsletter for gamblers in Atlantic City; the National Gaming Summary, a weekly gaming industry newsletter; Nevada Hospitality, the official publication of the Nevada Hotel/Motel Association; and the Gaming Industry Weekly Report, the Gaming Industry Daily Report and the Daily Lodging Report -- three financial newsletters for investors and industry executives. The company also hosts gaming's most comprehensive website at casinocenter.com.

In addition to the Northern Gaming Summit, Casino Journal Publishing Group also produces several trade shows including the American Gaming, Lodging and Leisure Summit, with the Nevada law firm of Lionel Sawyer & Collins, and Bear Stearns & Co. Inc.; the Southern Gaming Summit, in partnership with the Mississippi Casino Operators Association and Prudential Securities; UNLV's Casino Ops; and the Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce Business Expo. Casino Journal Publishing Group is a publicly traded company trading under the CJPG symbol on the OTC Bulletin Board.

TLTG is a bb stock with earnings projections of 30 cents/share in 99 and 65 cents in 2000. Has been moving up lately on contract announcements like the one below. Currently at 2 3/4, but still offers tremendous value based on those earnings #s. Big in Voice-Over IP field. Also a web portal. Recently filed to become fully reporting with intentions of hitting Nasdaq or Amex in the future. Read the announcements, do some dd, do the math and I am quite sure everyone will agree that this offers a tremendous value based on EARNINGS rather than hype.

Teltran VoIP Service Announces Third
Major Agreement

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 5, 1999--Teltran
International (OTC BB:TLTG) announced Monday that a third
agreement has been signed with a major US telecom carrier to provide international termination of
voice, fax and data transmissions using Teltran VoIP Service.

The agreement is for one year with automatic renewal. ''After all installations are completed we fully
expect to be transmitting approximately 5 million minutes per month from the three contracts we
have signed. The $12 million in annual revenues that we will realize from the contracts will give
Teltran a base from which to grow as new countries are added to the TVS network,'' said Peter
Biagioli, Teltran's vice president - Sales & Marketing.

''It appears as though we are on target to meet or even exceed my earlier projections of revenue in
excess of $30 million annually and earnings of $0.30 per share,'' said Byron Lerner, Teltran's
president and CEO.

About Teltran

Licensed by the FCC as a global facilities-based common carrier, Teltran offers a full range of
telecommunications and Internet services including Voice over IP, domestic and international long
distance, Web Portal and Hosting, fax broadcast services and calling card programs.
