Another week of more war, more currency dislocation, and lower gold prices. Yet the search goes on for reasons why gold should be going up. What we would like things to do has no relevance to what they are in fact doing. Gold is weak and in all probability will continue to be weak. Give up on all this useless body english being employed to make the price go higher. Gold will rise when the time is right for the metal, and now is not the time.
