Wish I knew the answer to the ratio question. I think it is very likely that shareholders will bet a piece of the spinoff/IPO since Jonas, the CEO, owns over 12M shares of IDTC.

Some have made estimates as high as 1 share of IPO for every 3 or 4 shares of IDTC. Personally my highest expectation would be 1 for 5, since there need to be shares for the corporate investors as well as the IPO, and I expect that IDTC itslef will want to retain a good portion.
