US has gained after Soviet Union fell apart. This has allowed to drasticaly cut military expences and direct money on the social services and economy. However, Clinton on the other hand is reversing this situation again. All this military activities of his are leading to are more money for Pentagon. New weapons, resupply. New role for the US as a "peacekeeper superpower". Open your eyes.
