Over the period of the last 25 years the Albanian population has more than doubled (a lot of these refugees you see on TV they are just going home) when the Serbian population has decreased substantially ( I would make an argument who is cleansing who but I'll pass on it). Up to a year and a half ago things were normal (remember Balkans and normal don't quite get along,especially in this decade). Then the KLA miraculously bursts into the scene with lots of weapons hell bent on terrorizing(not just against Serbs but also against everyone overthere) its way to the cause of Kosovo independence. Of course each responsible government will fight the terrorists who terrorize their own citizens. The Raumbauillet "peace agreement" is forced on Milosevic (remember the KLA had lots of problems with it because they had to wait at least 3 yrs for independence)...no Serb would sign that fraud. The KLA and its sympathizers encouraged NATO to come in, the bombs started falling, Yugoslavia declares a state of war, and people started fleeing the place where bombs are falling (wouldn't you?). Were they forced to leave...probably encouraged...remember "you want Nato you go to Nato). So the bombs changed EVERYTHING...as horrible as it sounds deportation of people (especially when they are encouraging a foreign power to invade its soil) will prove to be a better solution for the future stability of a region (Serbs in Krajina, Germans after WWII,etc.)
