Seems to me that it depends on how ipo is structured. IIf anyone knows of a plan please share. My bet is the company will issue shares as IPO in spinoff of some percentage probably less than 20%. They retain the value of the technology as an equity partner ie assets on the books and get the cash infusion to pay down, restructure debt to continue growing network. If the technology get the boost from AOL announcement or other major eyeball attraction before IPO I think we could see the price and value of IPO surprise most. I recently watched the market for ZD get turned on its head by its IPO tracking stock and now the tracking stock is worth more than its parent?//Think the reality is that people are realizing IDTC has the technology and is rolling it out. Get on click on or get left behind. Then there is the branding that the company gets from being the leader in IP introduction to the masses. This is one well run company. All IMHO.
