LOI in Japan has substance

I lived in Japan for about a year and I learned about the Japanese culture, people and business. A letter of intent in Japan bears alot of weight. They are meticulous and thorough with details. I talked to Nichimen corporation a couple of times and to sum up the conversation "Tri-vision has the Superior product!" The LOI with Nichimen came to an agreement and so will the Sharp LOI.

"Tri-vision has the Superior product!" Tri-vision is a small company and they have what all the Big TV manufacturers want. The Big TV manufacturers dont like this situation, however the their dislike for the situation is not going to change these facts

1. 50 % of all tv's by the July 1 deadline must be v-chip equipped

2. 100 % of all tv's by January 2000 deadline must be v-chip equipped

3. That the best product will survive when the FCC announces changes

"Tri-vision the Superior product!"

A news article in the Star back in September generated 2.2 million shares traded in one day. How many shares will be traded once they announce a deal with Sharp?
This deal will be the first of 4 or five more deals and what will happen then?

I wish TZ, pipick and all the best with their investments.
