I guess we differ in our defintion of normal. Milosevic (which I despise by the way along with the vast majority of Serbs and now has gained so much politically from the continued bombing) was willing to give them autonomy as long as NATO troops did not occupy his own country, withdraw army and police units as long as KLA also laid down its weapons. US did not budge on this and of course you had the KLA extremist elements hell bent on independence. US miscalculated that he will back off after a few bombs,he did not...instead he got the opportunity to drive out all these people who now are suffering at the border. I bet you all the refugees, if they had a say, to go back to the days before the KLA came on the scene or even back to before the bombs started falling, they would say yes. Now they are all parked in hell waiting for a ticke to paradise? Who will step up?
