Read the post as well but to compare UPCOY and PSIX is patently absurd. They are practically in 2 different businesses.

I'm shocked that steve equated UPCOY to PSIX. PSIX is in the dial-up and DSL line of business while UPCOY is in the cable business. A simple glimpse of each company's SI profile should be enough to tell the average investor that. To be fair to steve, maybe he was referring to PSIX as a broadband play, which it is, but not in the same subset as UPCOY.
