Street, There was a debate at our City Council of Santa Barbara over whether "cheap" handguns should be banned or not. Late in the night, this little old lady stood up and in a thick Eastern European accent said she had lived both in Nazi Germany, and then later in the Expanded Soviet Union. Her final statement was "First they take away the guns, then they kill people by the millions..." Unfortunatly, the City Council adopted the ban. I guess they want to end up like the Kosovars. -John
