It's hard for me to say exactly what they will get. I see some confusion there. I tend to go above my original 28 dollar figure based upon the upgrade.
This won't get too much higher than 30 though, is my guess.
I don't see low 20's.
Well each trading style carries some uncertainty. Here we go.

Hey Tim, I agree but what if upper management receives shares in the new company under the table? Greenmail comes to mind,I remember when Texaco was all set to be gobbled up by Carl Icahn and whoooosh! one sunday evening it was all over and Icahn was walking away.
