One thing that speaks volumes for Qualcomm is the fact that here on this stock-agnostic thread, many different people taking slightly different approaches (within a common framework) and no preconceived biases could come together (for the most part) and collectively agree that it's a shining star among the universe of stocks. Some even moving money from "legacy" gorillas/kings.

That's a more profound statement that some salesman/analyst recommending it because:
a) no one here has a hidden agenda.
b) people are investing their OWN money
c) you started with the entire universe of stocks, not a pre-sorted inventory.

Great job of teamwork!

Mike,

I'm with you. Never purchased any of the Q, but just put in my market order to buy some Q at the open tomorrow morning. Very small position to start though. ~5% of my overall portfolio. I'll be looking to raise that percentage throughout the next few months. I really hate trying to catch a stock screaming forward like this.
