If nothing else, I reckon this discussion has helped to raise the visibility level of the possible dangers of trading on insider information.

As I said, IANAL, but in my opinion the crux of this specific incident is whether the pre-release copy of the draft research report was provided by TSIS itself or obtained by other means.

Guess we won't know until Monday?
