I accept the fact, that you believe the whole V-chip technology is a dumb idea. I would not argue that point since my children are fully grown and I really don't pay much attention to what TV programs are considered harmful to young minds. Turning off the TV is a good way of censoring programs. Your view on this issue is understood and I appreciate your views. Please extend the same courtesy to those who do believe in the technology and form of censorship for young minds. The technology seems to have the backing of many gov'ts and therefore will be probably be implemented whether we like it or not. I agree we need to see a contract. A letter of intent just does not cut it. Hopefully we will see many. I thank you for your views and hope you will continue to add value to this thread in this manner. regards! rick.
