The moment Milosevic forced Clinton into accepting POW status for the three US servicemen captured in the Balkans, Slick Willie blinked (the Joint Chiefs of Staff had to stand by their men or else ...) and forces the US Congress into making a decision by Day 60 of the Balkan War. If US/NATO forces in Macedonia use the country to bomb Serb forces in Kosovo, Milosevic will probably push the Albanian refugees towards their bases and expand the war into Macedonia. The Yugoslav Army can advance with the flow and make inoperative any use of NATO air power. What will the US/UK do if 12,000 troops are overrun and captured in Macedonia? Both Clinton and Tony Blair should go back to their sandboxes and let the Balkans sort out their own problems (exchange of population, etc.) Happy Easter!
