sugn -- "fda so impressed" -- trust me, these are not the words of the FDA. I doubt that reviewers paid as much attention to the clinical results as they did to the fact that no serious side effects were identified. That's all phase I really is -- titrating a dosage that doesn't kill or seriously impair anyone. Phase II is usually looking at the dose they came up with in phase I and then to record any preliminary clinical results. Phase II is another six months, with an application for phase III ya da ya da ya. My prediction -- Tomorrow SUGN will go up for about ten minutes as the demand floods in causing an imbalance, the spike will settle out after a half hour to 40 minutes (if it gets that long) and the long slide, punctuated by sudden drops, will begin. If you want to play it safe, buy the puts in the money at 30 about 10 to 30 minutes after the open. I plan to.

I didn't find it so compelling. 29 deaths out of 63 trials. 4 quits. 3 heart attacks in Phase one.

IMCL got an 80% cure in brain, and neck in humans in their phase 2. Now in phase 3. Not a lot of people , but far more promising results. I'm suprised they ran that piece. The stock reaction...can't guess.
