DavidO, as I recall several years ago SEC raised the "bar" on stockholders suits with brokers....I have not reached an opinion yet, but the MM's e.g, Merrill, Paine, etc., hopefully have greater rescources than "joe smoo scam" fanning the rumor mill...analyses of solicited vs. non- solicited sales should prove the point. I have a small but GROWING list of stocks that are and have always been worthless ... but value added by "hype" The SEC certainly can get imformation on its members quicker than companies that file paperwork john price
