Eric- Thanks for the numbers clarification. I may have reversed the numbers, or the previous poster did the reversal. I agree, it is a good deal! I cannot foresee any reason that the merger would not close. The government will not stand in the way. I also feel it would be a short-term catastrophe for ATHM if the deal fell through, not to mention what it would do to XCIT. I thought it was a big price to pay in the beginning, but look forward to the added subscribers and other XCIT benefits. Thanks again! Ed
