I must say it is fun being away for while then coming back and reading everyone's opinions. I am sure everyone is knowledgeable of the recent SEC announcement that their primary effort is to prosecute people that have traded on inside information. It has always marbled me why a holder of a stock would not publish anything and everything that came to his or her attention that was a positive for the stock. If one gets news on a stock be it confirmed are not the first thing one should do is to post it. And after doing that you no longer could be considered to be trading on inside information.. And if an insider is giving out news bad or good, before said news has been disseminated to the general public that individual is in violation of a large number of SEC rules.. So Skip, if in fact you have read a report go-ahead and post it.. And if I correctly remember Barbara gave an analogy that is correct, that being all brokerage firms give inside tips to their clients. I use three brokerage firms and I get them all the time, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, they or anyone else can tell you anything they wish to as long as ""they""are not acting on the tip.that is to say if the broker received information that he knew was not yet made public and "he"purchased stock for himself or a third party he then would be in violation of the law. One must also remember that by disseminating "news" that one knews to be un true, that person is also violating the law. Or if a person is "making up news" and publishing same that person again is violating the law, and if I correctly remember the case law the person disseminating false news doesn't even have to profit from it to be prosecute. In closing, in my opinion the best thing you can do with news is pass it on to as many people as you can as quickly as you can, then buy or Sell The Hell Out Of It.remember one other thing we all have first amendment rights, and each of us has the right of our opinion, and if in your opinion TSIS is likely to hit $100 a share in the next week go ahead and post your opinion..IMO..
