Don't think so, at least not easily. The configuration of your computer is important since your account relies on te computer name and other DNS network information specific to your computer. You may need to make your home computer identical to your work computer (since it is a lot more difficult to convince your work network manager to reconfigure your computer for this reason alone). This would also mean that you have to install @Home at work first, etc.
