Lots of talk here about Technical Analysis but not so much on the fundamental side. Let me provide some thoughts:

1. This company is trading currently at 3x cash and less than 2x book value.

2. The relationships with YHOO and NSCP are rock solid and create enormous "brand awareness" for Net2Phone, not to mention the projected increase in sales.

3. With only 23MM shares outstanding and of that, only 14MM in the public hands trading, a 418MM market cap. is "mouse nuts"(not a technical term)...the stock could double and it still would be under a billion in valuation.

4. The shorts don't matter, not at this level...as a general rule, the number of shorts are irrelevant unless compared to stock volume and the current ratio percentage is just not that large.

5. Its got over 100MM in cash and with the buyback of bonds, is poised and positioned for an IPO of Net2Phone...the runup will happen...I would strongly suggest buying even at this level...IDTC goes down, buy more. EOM.
