Stock exchanges issue these out when financials are not submitted ontime. There is a host of reasons for this sort of thing, but generally the companies tend to wait to the last minute in hopes they can credit orders or sales to a specific quarter. The fact that they are still trading, tells you they quickly conformed and filed the information.

Nothing to worry about. The ones you worry about are "cease trade orders"!!

Just as a note. I have checked all NR's on CSW and BIT has never been reported as a delinquent...probably a "falsehood", but even if not, nothing to worry about!
