Gen. Clark is asking for these Apaches for more than a week
to get a better grip on the situation. Logic, because it
gives him more and better tools to fight the Serbs in
Kosovo.

But it took the White House a long time to give green light.
So there are 2 options:
- they are stupid and naive at the White House,
- the situation in Kosovo is NOT the nr. 1 goal for NATO.

If Kosovo is not the nr. 1 goal, what else could be NATO's
main goal?
- destroying the Yugoslavian army.

Bottomline; when the people of Kosovo is the nr.1 goal
for NATO, NATO is making one mistake after another.
If the destroying of the Yugoslavian army is the main
goal NATO is achieving exactly what is wants, so far.
