There is a conference call on Tuesday. However, according to the Espirer's on the YaHoo board, it is slated as nothing more than a routine conference call for all employees. Hoping for good news!!

can anyone take me thru the analysis by analysts who have valued ESPI for purposes of estimating takeover target prices.

I am looking for the details behind the numbers not just the end point.

I am looking at possible purchase of ESPI but want to see how the takeout prices I have seen (all north of $20) are derived.
