Hello all! anyone here? Jim, are you there? I don't understand the SD's point! There are 1,000's and 1,000's of companies that have 144's filed for the sale of shares and almost all the time they don't sell anything. The 144 is only saying that they might sell if IMO the price goes up to where they may decide to sell. The case with PNLK, I don't think they would sell unless it went up to $6.00 plus so they will make a nice return on their investment. I Know what a great company PNLK is, I don't see anyone of these people selling until the price goes up a few more dollars. This is of course IMO. As far as I know, These shares don't become unresticted until June of this year. Does anyone know for sure? ALLEN: ALLEN:
