It expects to raise $40 million when it prices Tuesday.< Assuming it trades Tuesday (and Delia having peaked thus far near the open Wed), that puts peak volume 4 days ahead and peak price near open 3 days in advance. C, what did you make of the Delia's behavior March 18,19,22,23,24?
