LOL! Any Iomega "Poison Pill" would be so weak as to be totally ineffective. Iomega's massive Outstanding Shares and more importantly, massive Float directly indicates the woefully inadequate implementation of assets necessary to execute an effective Poison Pill.

The truth is, Iomega's chances of success (or even long term survival) are viewed by the industry as so remote, it isn't even worth a serious look at a buyout.
